I tried to open an account online the week before last but there was a problem:

I called BT on Friday the 11th August to try and resolve this. I was told that the offline team needed to do soemthing and that they would call me back within 24 hours.
When I still hadn't heard from the on Monday 14th August, I called again. The guy on the phone there told me that the offline team needed to fix a problem with my address (even though I can find it on your system) and that it would take a maximum of 5 working days for them to call me back to place the order. He gave me this reference number: *****.
A week later, still no call, still no further. I'm desperate to get internet working in my new home but don't know what to do next.
Please can someone help?
