Error

I have recently changed to bt. When trying to claim my reawrd card it keeps coming up error come back some time later. I have waited past the fourteen days as stated but still nothing.

I seem to remember its 30 days cooling off period for a mobile SIM, lets see if a moderator can help.

Hi, @Deemir20 I'm sorry about that, I'll send you a private message and we'll be able to help with your reward card claim. 

You'll find the private message by clicking on the envelope in the top right of the community website.

Hi @Keith_Beddoe the process has changed and it's no longer a requirement to wait until the cooling-off period finishes to claim reward cards.  The claim can be made shortly after an order is placed then we'll issue the reward card after the cooling period finishes.
