I recently left BT and had emails yesterday moving my employee products on to standard BT products.
I rang in this morning to cancel BT TV and BT Sport, but then received an email to say I was being billed a significant sum for ceasing in contract despite not having entered any contract.
I have rung in again, been transferred to BIlling and then told that only Employee Options can sort this out.
The Employee options email that I had is not functioning, and the form that it refers to is also not functioning.
Can anyone please help put me in touch with someone who can sort this out for me.
I've asked a moderator to give a hand, they are BT employees, give them time as they are really busy currently.
