Extension

Hi I was granted an extension by bt last Tuesday 4th April to pay by 18th April but I had a partial restriction put on today and they said until balance cleared they won't put services back on even though they granted an extension and I also emailed the transcript of the conversation I had last week to prove it but they still won't put services back on is there anything I can do does anybody know?
