A few weeks ago I placed an order to add HD channels to our current entertainment package, recieved an email to say the order had been placed but nothing since, have tracked the order and its showing as "in progress", its also been itemised on our bill, but we're unable to access the HD channels via our vision box (have restarted the box, updated software etc etc)
