I’ve recently been upgraded to an FTTP line with Fibre 1 service. When viewing the broadband services available to my address while signed out I can see everything available - Fibre Essential, Fibre 1, Fibre 2, Full Fibre 100, Full Fibre 300, Full Fibre 900. However, when I look at ‘upgrade deals’ while signed in it only offers Fibre 2, Full Fibre 900 & Full Fibre 900 with complete WiFi.
Is there a way to upgrade to, say, Full Fibre 100 online or would I need to call and speak to someone?
I’ve also currently got Halo benefits but would rather remove these for a cheaper monthly package. Is this possible to do online or again would I need to call up?
