My FTTC contract is up for renewal near the end of February next year.
If I did stay with BT and renewed my FTTC contract could I then upgrade to FTTP when it comes to my area.
As FTTP is due to be turned on in the first half of next year. Openreach and Kerr have for the last few months been digging up part of my town and also have put up two new phone polls in my street. As well as one in the street up the road from me.
Would not go for the highest speed package of 900mb due to cost but a package of over 100mb would be fine.
I have still not fully decided if I will be staying with BT. As I have also been looking at deals elsewhere.
Been with BT for almost everything for well over 20 years.

Yes you can renew your contract and the upgrade to FTTP when it becomes available. You would start a new contract when you upgrade
