Yep. Sounds about right! Soul destroying isn’t it? 😂 I’ve never known such a shambles from openreach and BT between themselves. Couldn’t organise the proverbial etc etc. I’m just waiting for my compensation now which is supposed to be credited 14 working days after the installation took place. It’s strange it hasn’t been credited to my account yet as it’s just over £1000 I’m owed up to now 🤭 but I’m sure it’s deliberately made as hard as possible to actually claim and get it don’t you agree? I’m going to contact them regarding this but no doubt the clown on the other end will plead ignorance to the compensation payment credit request but we’ll see
