All of a sudden I see this huge amount of £1571.00 on my bill and upon query I am advised that there has been an indemnity claim from the bank and BT have apparently returned all the monies paid in the past to the bank. I have neither instructed nor has my bank asked for or received these monies. There is obviously been a huge scam. I’ve tried to talk to BT customer service and not having any luck.
If this can happen to me, it can also happen to others. How do I get redress?
