I have placed multiple orders to upgrade my broadband from Fibre 1 to Fibre 2. In all cases the order states it is 'Pending' and never changes from that.
On calling, the only solution offered is to cancel the existing order and create the same order again. Unfortunately this does not resolve the issue - the order never moves beyond the 'Pending' status.
