Fibre 1

So my 2nd bill is up from 30.99 per month now 53.99 and I am wondering why my broadband package says Fibre 1 although I am on a normal copper line? I want Fibre if I am to be paying 53.99 per month...

fibre 1 suggests you are on fibre to the street cab and then copper to your home as against full fibre which is fibre to your home

Ok thanks for that, do you know if I can change over to full Fibre now as I do want that if the price has gone up to £54 per month..
