Fibre to Property Upgrade

Evening... I have had Fibre to the property now for 12 months.. My current deal expired on the 3rd April.. I have been trying to upgrade my package and take a new 18 month contract, but to date no-one at BT has been able to process my order.

Maybe one of the admin gods would like to sprinkle some magic dust and get me a new contract..

Re: Fibre to Property Upgrade

Thanks for the quick response, but have tried just about every dept known... Apparently when they try to upgrade my service, the system prevents. I have spent hours on the phone in the last few weeks...

Re: Fibre to Property Upgrade

Last Speedtest.net results had me showing at around 190mbps download and 20mbps up on a wired connection.
