Final Bill Request

Having received my BT bill which has gone up yet again and having spent over 3 hours trying to speak to someone on the telephone (which never happened) I have finally lost patience and tonight have signed up with Talk Talk which is due to go live 04/08/2017. My question is I have an outstanding bill with BT which is billed for services in advance, in my case for the next 3 months in advance. By the time the Talk Talk account is active I will owe a couple of days over 1 month and three odd pounds in phone calls. I need a revised bill. 

Anyone got a phone number that actually talks directly to a customer service person as a pose to some automated system. I have tried all the numbers on the BT bill to no avail.

When your services stop with us you will receive a new Final Bill afterwards. It will be revised.
