Final Bill and Refund not forthcoming

Hi, I left BT 2 months ago to join Plusnet. I have just got a 'Bill' which says I am £50 in credit, I also got the same bill last month. My question is why haven't I had my 'Final Bill' and my refund please?

Did you have a direct debit set up at the point of cancellation? If not they probably weren't able to send it back to your bank

I don't know if DD still active, they could send a cheque? A letter of any description would be nice.

I have not heard anything.

If there was no DD they have no way  of sending the money back to your bank. If that was the case the auto refund will have failed & is probably still sitting on the account. Only way to check would be to get the help from the mods or call in

If someone at BT would contact me, I'll give them bank details to process my refund.
