Final Bill

I have just left BT. My contract was officially up on the 7th of June but my switch date wasn't until the 11th. I was told by an advisor that my services would stay live and I would be billed for the entire month, then received a refund after the services had been switched.  I was charged £55 for services from 24th May- 23rd June. Today I have just received another bill for £16 for "line rental". BT are saying I cancelled the service while on contract, which isn't the case as like I said my contract officially ended on the 7th. Has anyone else been wrongly charged when switching providers? and is there anything I can do about this charge? Thanks.

If you think your final bill is wrong, speak with the billing team on 0800 800 150.
They can explain the charges and if it's wrong they can amend, if it's correct they'll explain it.
