Final Bill

Hi all,

 

Why have I received a Final Bill when I only became a BT customer 1 month ago.

I also tried to sign up for My BT,but it wouldn't recognise my account number.

 

Can anyone shed any light on my problems.

I suggest you contact BT directly on Monday.  There's a possibility that someone - perhaps another person, or another phone provider - has told BT that they are taking over the line.
