We signed up for BT fibre and were due to be transferred at the beginning of March. There was then an delay with the fibre connection which left us without Internet. A temporary copper cable connection was set up in the meantime and we were told we wouldn't be billed. We received a zero bill
The fibre is now up and running but we have just received a second zero bill saying 'Sorry to see you go' and 'final bill'.
Is this likely to be a paperwork glitch or should I call them to confirm?
Account on My BT shows direct debit set up with £70 credit.
Very confused and just don't want to be cut off but also don't want to call and overload them at the moment what with coronavirus.
