Hi @Mchllwlkns Sorry you have not received your final bill yet.
The final bill would be produced five working days after the order to cancel all your services has completed. If you are only cancelling some services ie line and broadband but keeping BT Mobile then your billing would continue as normal. If your services have been ceased over 5 working days ago and you still cannot view your bill post back and let me know.
BT really are terrible. I stopped my services 13July and have still not received my yearly line rental refund totalling £178.97. I have been on the phone for ofer three hours to numerous call takers. This has now resulted in a former complaint. The complainrs team are supposed to call back within 24-48 hrs!
If this is not resolved I will pursue this matter through the small claims court and a formal complaint to the Ombudsman!
