Thanks for getting in touch with us. I've listened to the call that you had when you placed your order. The adviser did state that you were entitled to the Fitbit offer. However; the offer doesn't show up on our list of applicable deals. I've sent a request directly to our team that issues the vouchers. I've explained that you should have been given it and I also gave them your email address to have the voucher issued to you. It's meant to take up to 2 working days for them to get back to me. I will be in touch with you on Friday once I hear back. I will make sure that you get it.

The 3rd party gifts team can take up to 10 days (from the 28th) to fully investigate and reply back to you directly with the code. To confirm again, you were promised the code and we will honour it.
