We have been trying to no avail since November to obtain the code to receive our FitBit as offered by BT,
Numerous phone calls have seen us bounced from number to number.
Please advise how we can receive the code and request the FitBit.

It was done on the 25 October 2018 and was ordered over the phone by calling 0800 389 6586
They have been trying for a long time to resolve it over the phone, as they were unsure how to use the forums. They also tried the online chat.
How do they proceed from here?

If you placed the broadband order over the phone, then I don`t think that qualifies, it has to be placed online.

I've checked and the retentions team did have an offer for the Fitbit for orders placed over the phone at this time. I've sent you a Private message explaining how you can contact the forum moderation team and we will check on this for you.
