I received my FitBit code today from an online agent as I never received an email with it. I have just tried to redeem it in the BT shop and an error is shown to say it cannot be used on this order. The only thing in the order is the FitBit charge 3. Could you please let me know if there is something else I need to do to claim it?

Sorry for the problems you're having using the code to claim your Fitbit Charge 3. You will need to chat with a member of the BT Shop team directly about this. You can reach them on 0800 917 0510. Option 1. You won't get anyone at this time, opening times are Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00.
