FitBit not received

Hi i placed my order on the 27th over 2 weeks ago and i received an email saying i would get a code to place my order for my free fitbit which hasnt come over yet, it said upto 2 weeks and its been longer?

 

Please advise as when i speak to anyone they dont want to know or help, Thanks
