I ordered a new Broadband and Landline package on 28/10/18, my service finally completed and went live on 31/12/18 but as of today I have not received a voucher code for a Fitbit that was part of the deal.
I would be grateful if someone could look in to this.

I'm sorry you haven't received your voucher code to claim your FitBit. I'll be able to get this investigated. I've sent you a PM. Please can you drop me a reply to the messaged with the information requested?

Hi @Chiefwiggum thanks for sending in your details, I'm really sorry your Fitbit claim code has not arrived. I've raised a request with the gift team to get the voucher sent to you, regrettably the problems that caused the delay providing your service have also prevented the voucher being sent automatically.
The code can take up to 10 days to be emailed but it should be with you sooner than this. Can you post back to let me know when you get it?
