Fitbitcode not recieved

Hi there,

I have not yet received my fitbit code, can you please help.

Hi @FionaNickels sorry you have not received the code for your Fitbit yet. The code should be sent automatically after 14 days have passed from the connection date of your service. Post back and let me know if you have been connected for over 14 days now.
