Thanks for taking the time to speak with me last night and again this morning.

 

I'm sorry that you were charged £129.99 for the engineer's visit.  From investigating this, it's clear that the issue receiving calls was a number port issue and not a fault on the line.

 

On that basis, I have refunded the charge as agreed and I have closed things off from here also.

Thanks for sorting it out Robbie. I had given up with customer service at BT . Indian call centres are a nightmare, the phone lines are bad and the English is poor. Someone needs to knock some heads together there. Just to let you know when I started this complaint I contacted Ofcom as after three points of contact nothing was happening . I hope I don't have to waste any more of my valuable time with BT customer service.
Once again Robbie thanks for calling me , it shouldn't have got this far in the first place.
