I just ordered a fibre broadband and phone package as a new customer with the offer of a Free Amazon Echo and an £80 reward card.
However, my order summary makes no reference to these free gifts, is this normal, or should I be concerned?
You will need to wait until your service has been activated, then you will be able to claim your reward.
Amazon Echo. The process is that an email should be sent after 14 days following activation with a code you can use to claim for the gift on the BT Shop

I was just a little concerned that there was no mention of the free gifts after I submitted the order, but if that's how they do it then it's all good.
