When I ordered my fibre broadband I was advised I would receive an email 14 days after set up to claim a free gift (Amazon echo, Samsung Tablet or FitBit). It's now 21 days after my set up date and there is no sign of the email. I have called up and got little/no help and used live chat to the same avail. Can somebody help me please?
Thanks for the response. I have checked all folders in email and my line went active on 14/03/2019.

Its possible that it may turn up soon, however,

Yes the order was placed online and I even confirmed with livechat that I was booking via the correct channel before placing the order.
