I had an email on 13 July and again today 16 July inviting me to take BritBox free for 6 months. I had this offer previously and then cancelled so I assumed this new offer was because I had taken out VIP package and new BT Box Pro. So I tried to activate but I am told I am not eligible. Once again BT confusing me. Any suggestions ?
