Anyone ordered the BT package to take advantage of the offer of a free Fitbit - I was told a voucher would be sent by email 14 days after installation. this has now passed and I have received no voucher. Concerned because you only have 28 day to claim or lose it. Cannot contact BT - On-line chat does not work although it says quickest way to make contact. If you are or have experienced this problem can you please let me know. Thanks Lorri

The process is that the code is emailed to you after the 14 days following activation. I appreciate we're past that now. Have you checked all the folders in your mailbox? If you have and you still can't find the code you can send us over your details and we'll check this out.

Received voucher tried to shop BT online but it wont accept the voucher code. Please help as i am losing patience.
