Free Fit Bit offer - No voucher emailed

Anyone ordered the BT package to take advantage of the offer of a free Fitbit - I was told a voucher would be sent by email 14 days after installation.  this has now passed and I have received no voucher.  Concerned because you only have 28 day to claim or lose it.   Cannot contact BT - On-line chat does not work  although it says quickest way to make contact.  If you are or have experienced this problem can you please let me know. Sorry that you haven't received the code to claim for your Fitbit gift.  What date did your services go live?

Hi @lorri-gem,

Thanks for getting back to me to confirm that.

The process is that the code is emailed to you after the 14 days following activation.  I appreciate we're past that now.  Have you checked all the folders in your mailbox?  If you have and you still can't find the code you can send us over your details and we'll check this out.

I have done as you ask, but I am not sure if the URL is correct, as this is not clear to me.

You have the BT account number which I am sure you will be able to trace the order from this.

Thank you for speaking to @JohnC2 earlier today. I'm happy you've received you voucher. You can place your order online at the BT Shop -www.shop.bt.com

You can also call the BT Shop on 0800 917 0510, they're open 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri.

Received voucher tried to shop BT online but it wont accept the voucher code. Please help as i am losing patience.
