Free Fitbit order

Hello,

I have been trying to contact someone as I placed an order back in October that should have included a free fitbit. My activation date was 16 November, so I should have received the code by now. I have not. I have also checked all spam folders and it is not there.

I contacted BT shop who said to contact BT Customer Services and on request ask "to claim my free gift" - I did, and nobody was able to help, except to ask to speak to Connections, neglecting to tell me nobody would be there to answer tonight.

Please can I be sent the voucher code.

@TomBrod17 That's not good, I'm sorry the code hasn't arrived and customer service were no help when you called. Please use the 'click here to contact the mods' link in my forum profile to send in your details and we'll be able to check this for you. You can find the link by clicking on my username.
