I have been trying to contact someone as I placed an order back in October that should have included a free fitbit. My activation date was 16 November, so I should have received the code by now. I have not. I have also checked all spam folders and it is not there.
I contacted BT shop who said to contact BT Customer Services and on request ask "to claim my free gift" - I did, and nobody was able to help, except to ask to speak to Connections, neglecting to tell me nobody would be there to answer tonight.
