I am sorry that you haven't received your code yet. We'll need to contact the team that issues them and ask that they send you one. It can take them up to 10 days to send it once we contact them.
To get in touch with us, click on my user name, view profile, and then copy and paste the link under "Moderation Team Email Address" into your browser. Complete that form and we'll get back in touch with you.

Thank you for taking my call today. I've sent on your information to our promotions team and I've asked them to resend that Voucher. It normally takes around 48 hours to arrives.
