Free Gift

Hi all, I have noticed members have been having problems with there free gift.

I am also waiting for me email to claim my free gift.

My BT Fibre broadband  was activated on the 7th June, I got an email stating 14 days after activation I would recieve another email to claim my free gift, I was looking at choosing the JBL Soundbar but I havent heard from them?

You will receive an email 30 days after your service is activated.

The mention of 14 days is an error, and only applied to order made a few months ago. It has now be revised.

If you have not received it by the 7th July, then please post back here.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
