Good Morning. I need information about what happened with my free gift. I requested the service on June 12, 2019 and the offer told me that I would receive a gift. To date I have not received emails or anything that leads to the claim. I appreciate the attention given to the present

I'm sorry that your free gift voucher code has not been issued. It looks like due to the original order having to be replaced by us that our system didn't pick up that your service had gone live and is now outside of the 14-day cooling-off period.
I have raised a query to our free gift team which are normally picked up within 5-7 working days. Once I hear back from them I will let you know.
