I have been with BT since November when I joined the person I spoke to said I could get a better deal by calling than doing it online, I chose the package that offered a tv or an xbox. Well they are now saying that they are investigating this call and I have to wait until the 25th of January for the outcome. I think its a shambles and a really bad way to treat a new customer.
