I signed up for a new package when I moved house; I did this around Black Friday and took advantage of a package with a free ring doorbell. I was informed that I would receive an email 14 days after my activation date to claim it. My activation date was Wed 15th Dec, and I have not yet received an email to claim my door bell. Has anyone else had issue with this?
