I received an email from BT asking me to renew my broadband and I would receive a free Ring doorbell so I did. That was on the 22-11-19 and since then I have neither heard or received anything. I contacted BT and they told me to contact the BT shop but that didn't work. Anybody any ideas?

I assume this was the Black Friday offer?
What should happen is 14 days after the order closes you'll get a follow up email with a code for the BT Shop where you can purchase the doorbell.

So you should get an email anytime from the 16th December onward, so keep a look out for it, in case it ends up in your spam folder.
It’s funny how I went for the same Black Friday deal and 14 days have passed since the order went through and no Ring doorbell or email code has arrived here either, but then it’s no surprise - this is BT! They hope you will forget about it!
I phoned BT on Monday and was told an offline team would be looking into this! I think the offline team have fallen asleep on the job!
