I took out my package online at near at the end of July/beginning of August when it was offering a bt reward card and either a Samsung tablet or Xbox one s. It has since been over a month and I have not received any email in regards to the tablet or Xbox.
When I spoke to a bt agent once my hub and you view box had been delivered, they said I would receive some correspondence within a month regards to the tablet/Xbox. It has since been over a month and I have only received an email for the reward card. Can anyone shed some light on when I should receive it?
You will receive the email 30 days after your service has been active.

I assume you have already claimed your reward card, its not sent automatically?
My service was activated on the 12th of August and I haven’t received an email yet.
These are processed manually, and sometimes the team get a bit behind, as the promotions are very popular.
If it does not arrive by early next week, then please post back here, and a moderator can be asked to investigate.
