Hi we ordered BT TV and Broadband as a new customer when the promotion was on for the free tv or xbox. We had an email to say we would receive a code to choose which one we wanted at the end of november. We still haven't heard anything since and I've raised it with BT as well and still nothing and it's getting frustrating and no one wants to help. Any advice please. Thanks Chris
