Free Tech Gift Time

Switched to BT end of April, after lots of 'teething problems' eventually went live June.

Used Free Tech Gift Offer on initial online sign up. Having contacted customer services 4 times using live chat, still have not received email with tech offer claim code, despite assurances.

Did you apply for service online, and what date in June was your service activated, as you have to wait 30 days after activation?

Hi @vwhiston  welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are having problems trying to claim your free gift.

There are a few different free tech offers so will you tell me what was the free gift on offer when you signed up and what was it for ie BT Mobile or Superfast Fibre etc? 
Do you still have your order acknowledgement and this will confirm what date your order was placed which will help me locate the offer.
