I ordered superfast broadband on 30/05/19 which went live on the 21/06/19. I received an email on 24/06/19 which said I would receive a voucher for a tech gift in 30 days. The 30 days has now elapsed and I still haven’t received the voucher, please advise how I claim the free gift?
