Although I should point out that BT should probably change their wording to 28 working days  then, to avoid confusion. After all  if the email arrivies  Monday it is clearly not within 28 days.

I'm sorry it took so long for you to receive the code to claim for your free gift.  I have sent you the code a few minutes ago and I have included the link you need to claim for the gift.
