There have been a couple of posts recently where the email had either ended up in the spam folder, or arriived within a day. I also suspect that the emails are sent out in batches
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
