I've just had an email from BT offering me a FREE upgrade of my Broadband from Halo 3 to Halo 3+ and when i click on upgrade its wanting to charge me an extra £20+ a month!!! Suggestions please..... nice ones mind!

Call BT 0800.800.030 and ask them how do you get the upgrade. They should be able to either do it for you or point you in the right direction.
