Hi I have not received mine either . I joined before Xmas! I’ve contacted bt several times to keep being told it is being sorted and I’ll hear back and nothing . Been promised 3-4 times now and have saved all chats . What else can I do? Is it a real thing or just to get me signed up and hope I forget

It’s been well over 14 days since my package started but I have still not had notification about the Xbox One X I’m supposed to receive as a gift. Can you please advise?
