I am in the same boat only I have been with BT four months and still haven’t heard anything about the free xbox one x
Hi, is anyone still chasing this?
Never received a confirmation email or a valid code, been on the phone all morning and been told that it’s my own fault for not calling sooner (when I have - but apparently no record of it on the system!?). Been told lots of different things by different people: one person said she didn’t know why I hadn’t received it so I was put through to billing who couldn’t help then BT Shop to be hung up on, another person said they could give me £30 off my next bill and that’s the best I’m going to get. Please can someone investigate this. It’s not right to have been promised something with an upgrade to then hear absolutely nothing from the company and be told it’s the customer’s error. Shocking customer service.
