Hello, my service activated on the 25th of November and the terms and conditions say I will have an email code 14 days after my service has activated. I still haven’t had anything. I tried to call BT on the number it says to call if you haven’t had the email and the agent put me over to a rewards card payment line.
can a moderator help me out or give me a direct number for the team I need to talk with?

You will receive the email 28 days after your service was activated. It will contain the voucher code which you use on the BT Shop.
If you do not get the email with the code, after 28 days, then please post back here.
If you were also offered a reward card, then this has to be claimed.

My BT service was activated on 25th Nov too & today I received my gift code via email from BT & I have just placed my order for the LG TV...
