Free gift email not arrived.

Started a new contract on the 19th May that included a free gift (JBL Sound Bar). The free gift email should have been sent within 14 days - not received it yet?

Sorry that you haven't received the email to claim your free gift.  You're right, you should have received the email to claim the free gift 14 days following activation of your services.
