Free gift

Has anyone else had problems claiming free gift they gave me a code which  is invalid

Hi @Lora1me,

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. 

I'm sorry you haven't been able to claim your free gift. When did you receive the code and what error message do you get when you try to use it?

When you type in the code it is case sensitive, your best would be to copy and past it directly from the email.

When entering the code it tells me it’s invalid .Phoned them keep getting told someone will be in touch but no one does.

Hi @Lora1me I'm really sorry about that, can you try clearing your cookies and cache, alternatively open a new session in incognito (Google Chrome) or Private (Internet Explorer) and try to place the order again.

If that doesn't work give the BT Shop a call on 0800 917 0510 option 1 and they'll be able to place the order for you over the phone. Post back and let me know how you get on.
