Free gift?

Hi,

 

As many others have stated, I have received the emails telling me I will receive another email relating to the  free gift, however this has still not been sent.

 

I received the first email early May.

Thanks for taking the time to send us over your details.  Sorry you haven't received the code to claim for the free gift.

I appreciate the time you've taken to chat with me this morning. Especially with it being a Sunday!  I have contacted the gift team on your behalf.  They'll email you the code and the link to the BT Shop to place your order.

There isn't anything further I need to do from here so I will go ahead and close things off from here.
